3. The Excellent Communicator (one to one)

We start with a short diagnostic to find your natural strengths and blind spots. We then build a simple toolkit you can use immediately. You learn how to set context in one sentence, how to frame the ask so it feels reasonable, and how to listen without losing authority. You practice the language and body cues that lower defensiveness and raise cooperation. You learn how to handle emotion with care and with boundaries. We record short reps so you can see progress with your own eyes.
